Masudi Djuma, Head coach of Rayon Sports is certain his side will overcome Rivers United in the second leg of their Caf Confederation Cup playoff tie in Kigali.
The Rwandese were beaten 2-0 by the Nigerian side on Sunday in the first leg of the tie in Port Harcourt following goals from Emeka Atuloma and Guy Kuemian.
Djuma has however not let his head drop and has predicted a big and better performance from his side in the return fixture in Kigali.
“We have certainly not given up. We are confident of turning this around but we know it could go either way in the return leg,” Djuma told supersport.com.
“The most important thing is my trust in God. I also trust my abilities and my players.
“We will have our fans behind us and that will be important as well,” he said.
The second leg of the tie will be played on April 22 at imposing 30,000 capacity Amahoro Stadium, Kigali for the return fixture.
