We Have Rescued Over 12,000 souls in Osun” GM Osun Ambulance Services

Ambulance service of the State of Osun has said it has rescued over twelve thousand accident victims within the four years of its operation.

The general Manager of the agency,Doctor Akinloye Adeleke stated this in a chat with journalists in Osogbo while speaking on activities of the agency.

Doctor Akinloye who noted that O’Ambulance had saved lives of residents of the state from untimely death, maintained that, the agency would sustain the tempo and continue working assiduously to ensure that the citizens of the state were saved from untimely death usually caused by accident.

He lauded the people of the state for their cooperation,saying the agency with their unalloyed support would continue to discharge its responsibility effectively.

The general manager maintained that the present administration was keen to the sustainability of the agency through provision of financial support to the agency.

He hinted that the agency had over fifty functioning ambulance within the local governments area of the state and four hundred capable paramedics handling the ambulance.

Doctor Akinloye also emphasised the need for people of the state to always call ambulance service whenever there was an ancident saying, this will make their services more effective as they might not know when and where the incident occurs until people call.
