A two-storey building which collapsed in Kubwa area of Abuja, on Saturday morning has caused panic in the area with some residents currently trapped inside.
Details of the incident are sketchy as of the time of this report, but some social media users said the affected building caved in around 7am.
Meanwhile, emergecy responders are said to be making their way to the scene as of the time of this report.
Videos and pictures showed a crowd trying to rescue the victims.
The development comes barely 24 hours after a school collapsed on students writing their final term examination in Jos, Plateau capital.
At least 22 persons were killed and 132 sustained injuries in the latest update on the incident given by the Plateau State government on Friday night.
