Governor Siminalayi Fubara has been accused of engaging in illegality with regard to his recent appointments.

The Rivers State House of Assembly levelled the allegation through the Speaker, Martin Amaewhule during plenary on Monday at the Assembly Quarters in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
