The Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, Olatunji Disu, has disclosed that its personnel didn’t take over the Rivers State House of Assembly Quarters in Port Harcourt.
Disu while making clarification about the presence of police at the Assembly Quarters, said the personnel were solely there to prevent any breach of law and order.
Osun Defender reports that the presence of armed security officers was sighted at the assembly quarters on Friday amid the ongoing leadership tussle in the assembly.
