A Russian foster father has been accused of more than 900 counts of rape and violent sexual acts, mostly against girls in his care.
Viktor Lishavsky, 37, has been tagged the worst paedophile in the country. The gold teeth dad allegedly abused five schoolgirls who he acted as their legal guardian. He reportedly treated them as his ‘personal harem’ and ‘sexual slaves’.
Lishavsky who ran a shoe repair shop was detained in June last year in Komsomolsk-on-Amur after one foster girl complained to a teacher who alerted police.
According to a leaked charge sheet, he is accused of 248 rapes plus 358 ‘violent sexual acts’ against girls aged 13 or under, including accusations of another 22 ‘violent acts of a sexual nature’ against girls below the age of 14.
The charges also revealed that Lishavsky allegedly committed a further 11 rapes or other brutal sexual attacks in which he threatened murder or serious harm to health. These involved ‘particular cruelty’, according to the charges.
Several other charges relate to torturing the girls and abusing his role as a guardian.
Separately, Lishavsky is accused of a further 122 crimes of ‘a sexual nature with the use of violence, or threat of violence’, and 151 charges of ‘sexual intercourse taking advantage of the helpless state of the victim’ – all these against underage girls between 14 and 17, according to Mash online news outlet which has links to law enforcement and named him, revealing details of the indictments.
Social services in the Khabarovsk region are also accused of negligence in putting vulnerable children including orphans under his supervision.
Reports in Russia say if convicted, Viktor Lishavsky would be the worst-ever paedophile in Russia.
