Salinsile Hails Aregbesola’s Nomination As Minister

 

The State Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Osun Hon Rasaq Salinsile has hailed the nomination of former Osun governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as a minister by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Salinsile, in a statement released in Osogbo on Tuesday said that Ogbeni’s nomination had further underscored Buhari’s commitment to merit, competence, justice and fairness in political considerations.

Salinsile said Ogbeni’s distinguished himself as the state of Osun governor from 2010 – 2018, making a landmark achievements in the history of the state.

Prior to his emergence as governor in Osun, he performed credibly in Lagos state as Commissioner for works, a feat which has not been beaten since he left the office.

“I wish the Symbol of our time the very best in his journey as a minister of Federal republic of Nigeria. I know Osun and Nigeria in general will be greatly beneficial of the appointment,” he said.

While thanking President Muhammadu Buhari for the honour, Salinsile prayed God to guide him in the discharge of his duties with honesty and dedication to the benefit of mankind.
