Governor Ademola Adeleke has appointed the former Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, Alhaji Razak Salinsile, as the Chairman of the State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM).
Also, a former Attorney and Commissioner for Justice in the state, Barr. Niyi Owolade heads the board of the Osun State University Teaching Hospital (UNIOSUNTH), while a foremost member of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Ibukun Fadipe is the new Chairman of the State Univeral Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
The appointments of the Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the State Government’s Non-Statutory Boards were contained in a statement by the Governor’s spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed.
The fresh appointments came a day after the Governor performed the swearing-in ceremony for 25 commissioners and three permanent secretaries.
According to the statement, the appointments take immediate effect.
