SDP Boasts Of Attracting Credible Leaders, Poised For 2027 Elections

The Social Democratic Party (SDP), has expressed optimism about its chances in the 2027 elections, boasting of attracting credible leaders to its fold.

According to a statement by the party’s National Chairman, Shehu Gabam, the SDP is gaining momentum and remains the only party free from internal crises.

Gabam revealed that he recently hosted two lawmakers from the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Hon. Dele Ogunsakin and Hon. Tunde Omotayo, who expressed their commitment to the party.

“We discussed the urgent need to rescue Nigeria from the current hardship, restore the economy, and give Nigerians a credible alternative in the 2027 elections. SDP remains the only party free from internal crises, built on solid democratic values, and open to all patriotic Nigerians who are ready to build a prosperous nation.”

The SDP chairman described the party as the home for true progressives, built on solid democratic values and open to all patriotic Nigerians.

He called on Nigerians to join the movement, stating that together, they can make history.
