Senate Suspends Ali Ndume For Six Months

The Senate’s committee on Ethics and Privileges has suspended former majority leader Ali Ndume for six months for bringing unproven allegations against his colleagues Senator Dino Melaye and Senate President Bukola Saraki.

The committee leade, Sen. Sam Anyanwu laid down the recommendation at Wednesday’s plenary based report on statements obtained from Ali Ndume on the alleged imported SUV allegedly owned by Senate President, Bukola Sarkai and Senator Dino’s certificate issue.
