Shehu Sani Alleges Plan To Malign “Asiwaju” In Hausa

The senator representing Kaduna Central at the Senate, Shehu Sani, has said that some individuals are being strategically sponsored to attack and malign the personality of Asiwaju on Hausa radio services in Kaduna and environs.

The senator noted that the attack on Asiwaju’s person couldn’t have been sponsored by the opposition.

He added that he excluded the opposition from his suspicion about the identity of the sponsors of the verbal attack because he knows the background of the kind of people being engaged for the dirty job.

He warned that certain wars start as a sniper, whereby someone shoots from a hiding place accurately and at long range, before it blossoms into full war.

Sani made this known via his verified Twitter handle @ShehuSani on Monday.

The senator had tweeted:

While Shehu Sani did not add any other name to the Asiwaju identity, it may be recalled that the National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, goes by the title of Asiwaju, and he is currently the most popular Nigerian politician that goes by that appellation.
