Super Eagles’ winger, Ahmed Musa has hailed compatriot Victor Moses for his dedicated service to the national team after the Chelsea winger announced his retirement on Tuesday.
The Al-Nassr of Saudi Arabia striker, who took to the social media shortly after Moses’ retirement, said that it was a great privilege to have worked alongside Moses, whilst also wishing him well in his future endeavours.
“It was a pleasure to have played alongside such a great player. You have served your nation well and will always be remembered. Good luck in all you do @VictorMoses,” Musa posted.
Both players played together for six years with Musa setting up Victor Moses to score Nigeria’s third goal in the 3-1 triumph over Algeria in Uyo and Moses returned the favour against Iceland when he setup Musa to score at the World Cup in Russia.
