Super Eagles Face Costa Rica In Friendly Next Month

The Super Eagles will confront Costa Rica in an international friendly in San Jose on November 9.

The encounter will hold at the National Stadium, San Jose. It will kick-off at 8pm Costa Rican time (3am, 10th November in Nigeria).

The game will serve as a send-forth for the Los Ticos, who will compete at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

The Super Eagles failed to qualify for the mundial losing to perennial rivals, Ghana in the playoff round.

Jose Peseiro’s side has another friendly lined up against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal in Lisbon on November 17.

The West Africans lost their last friendly 2-1 to the Desert Foxes of Algeria last month.
