Teenager Sentenced To Jail For Stealing Recharge Cards

An Osogbo Magistrate Court in Osun State has sentenced 18-years-old sales boy, Abdulkareem Ismail to one-year imprisonment for stealing N691,000 worth of recharge card.
Abdulkareem who pleaded not guilty upon his arraignment in 2014.
Upon arraignment, on September 3rd at the Magistrate court presided over by Mrs Habibat Bashiru, Abdulkareem was alleged for stealing.
The prosecutor, Mr Ajayi Sunday alleged that Abdulkareem Ismail on the 1st day of September, 2014 at about 9am, at suit 205 Olatundun Plaza Igbono in Osogbo did steal the sum of six hundred and ninety thousands recharge card property of Alhaji Akinkunmi Alabi which contravene section 383 and punishable under section 390(9) of the criminal code cap 34 vol. 11 laws of osun state of Nigeria 2003.
