Teenager Stabs Brother To Death, Abscond.

An 18-year-old boy, Lekan Odetayo who allegedly stabbed to death his brother,  Toheeb Odetayo, after a disagreement has absconded after committing the heinous crime.

The incident occurred yesterday Wednesday 17th of March, in Modakeke, State of Osun. What began as a usual disagreement between the two brothers over a domestic errands turned bloody,  when the junior one, took a knife and stabbed his brother to death. The State Police Command has already launched a manhunt for the 18-year-old Lekan Odetayo. 

The state Public Relations Officers, Yemisi Opalola, confirmed the incident.

She said, “One Kazeem Odetayo of Ifedapo area, Modakeke, reported to the police that his two male children, Lekan Odetayo, 18, and Toheeb Odetayo, 21, fought each other in the house over an issue pertaining to errands.

“He said Lekan allegedly stabbed his brother, Toheeb, in the neck region leading to his instant death. Efforts are on to arrest the fleeing suspect.”

She also confirms that, detectives had visited the scene, and has recovered one bloodstained kitchen knife.
