Raheem Okoya, son of billionaire industrialist Razaq Okoya, has dismissed claims that he lives solely off his father’s wealth. In an interview with BBC News Yoruba, the 22-year-old Executive Director of Eleganza Industries said he earns a salary and has independent investors backing his music career.

Veteran movie marketer Akeem Olatunji Balogun, popularly known as Olasco Films, has fired back at actors Okunnu and Austin Emmanuel, branding them ingrates over allegations concerning past professional dealings.
Okunnu had accused Olasco of pocketing profits from a film produced 16 years ago, while Austin Emmanuel alleged blacklisting and other grievances. Olasco, however, maintained that he financially supported both actors at different stages of their careers.

Controversial singer Portable has dismissed claims that he was blacklisted by top music executives, including rapper and YBNL boss Olamide.
The allegations were raised by influencer Tunde Perry, who claimed Portable’s conduct led to industry backlash. In a fiery video response, Portable declared himself “bigger than everybody,” insisting he does not rely on any promoter or executive to sustain his success.
