Jude Okoye and his company, Northside Music Limited, are facing a seven-count charge bordering on an alleged N1.3 billion and $1 million fraud filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The defendant has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The prosecution informed the court that Peter Okoye could not attend because his flight from Abuja to Lagos was reportedly rescheduled. Justice Alexander Owoeye subsequently adjourned the case until September 21, 2026.
