Thugs, Motorcyclists Clash In Modakeke

There was a pandemonium at Alapata community in Modakeke as thugs and motorcyclists clashed.

The incident which occurred on Tuesday at exactly 12:50pm was said to have been caused by the thugs who invaded the motorcycle union park.

Our correspondent learnt that the thugs invaded the park of the motorcycles for beating one of them on Monday.

As a result of this, the motorcyclists made a reprisal and turned to a battle between the duo.

According to an eye witness who craved anonymity said the incident started on Monday when a motorcyclist slapped a renowned thug, Skete for abusing him.

He added that Skete on Tuesday called on his gangs and stormed the motorcyclists with harmful weapons.

Our correspondent also learnt that no fewer than 20 motorcycles where vandalized while many were injured.

As at the press time, the police have visited the scene and arrested most of the thugs and motorcyclists.

However, those who were injured have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
