Trailer Tyres Kill Vulcanizer In Osogbo

A vulcanizer at Fakunle area, opposite the MTN office, Osogbo, State of Osun, was early this morning killed by tyres of a trailer.

The vulcanizer, simply known as Bolaji, was hit by two tyres of the moving trailer, according to eye witnesses.

It was gathered that the two tyres detached from the moving trailer and knocked down Bolaji who was about to start his business of the day.

The deceased was said to be with his children  when the incident happened.

OSUN DEFENDER gathered that one of the tyres crossed the road to hit mother and her daughter from behind.

The mother and daughter reportedly sustained serious injuries and were rushed to Osun State University Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.

According to an eye witness who identified himself as Murphy, the driver of the trailer didn’t wait and was chased to Abere area before he was apprehended.
