Interim National Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has urged stakeholders of the Omoluabi Progressives in Osun to rededicate themselves to the core aim of returning the state to true progressive leadership in the 2026 governorship election.

2. Soldier Allegedly Kills Amotekun Officer In Osun
An operative of the Osun State Amotekun Corps, Peter Samuel Tope, was allegedly attacked and killed by a soldier in Ijeda Ijesa on Saturday evening.
The state Corps Commander, Isaac Adekunle Omoyele, in a statement on Sunday, said the incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. when a soldier, identified as Opejobi Fiyinfoluwa, launched an unprovoked assault on the 35-year-old Amotekun operative.
