The Omoluabi Progressives, a political caucus loyal to former Osun State Governor and immediate past Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, have criticised President Bola Tinubu for allegedly neglecting the lingering crisis within the Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The group accused Tinubu of intervening in the political disputes of Bayelsa, Rivers, and Ondo States while deliberately ignoring the internal conflict that have plagued Osun APC for years.
Chairman of the tendency, Alhaji Azeez Adesiji, stated this while speaking on Osun Defender’s weekly Twitter (X) Space on Friday.

2. How Aregbesola Made Tinubu Lagos Governor – Fasure
Media aide to the immediate former Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Mr. Sola Fasure, has claimed that it was the pivotal role Aregbesola played that made Asiwaju Bola Tinubu the Governor of Lagos State in 1999.
Fasure stated that Aregbesola’s influence helped straighten Tinubu’s political journey, first securing him a Senate seat for Lagos West and later ensuring his victory as governor.
