Two Men Docked Over Alleged House Breaking

Osun state police command on Wednesday arraigned two men before an Osogbo Magistrate court, over allegedly house breaking and stealing.

The defendants, Abioye Saheed 24 and Apantaku Kayode 29, are facing three count charges before Magistrate F.A Sodemade.

Prosecutor, Inspector Taiwo Adegoke, told the court that accused persons committed felony on 13th March, 2018 at 12 Adedapo Oyinlola street, Eleyele Estate Osogbo.

Inspector Adegoke said that, accused persons break into the dwelling house of one Alhaji Sanusi Akinlabi to steal a star time decoder valued at N7,000 and Nokia phone valued at N10,000.

Others items are, Kenwood compact, Disk player eleven thousand naira, Samsung Plasma television 55,000 and some of the quality of raw food stuff 100,000.

He said the accused persons committed an offense contrary to section 383, 411 and publishable under section and 390(9) 516 of the Criminal Code Cap 34 volume ll law of Osun state 2003

With no counsel, the defendants pleaded not guilty to the all changes.

Ruling, Magistrate Mrs. F. A Sodemade granted bail to accused persons in sum of N200,000 with one surety.

Sodemade adjourned the case till 16 April, 2018 for mention.
