The deputy governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, has emerged as the winner of the parallel primaries of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State.
The deputy governor won the parallel primaries with over three hundred and one votes, while the Godwin Obaseki faction of the party has yet to commence the election.
