Osun state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Adelani Baderinwa has canvassed the electorate in the state to vote for the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the September 22 governorship election, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola.
Baderinwa who spoke at the Ifelodun/Boripe-Odo-Otin Federal Constituency APC campaign rally on Friday told the people to expect more dividends of democracy, infrastructure and socio-economic development when Oyetola emerged as the governor of the state.
According to Baderinwa, it is imperative for Oyetola to succeed Governor Rauf Aregbesola to have an undisrupted and purposeful continuity and consolidation of good governance.
He explained that Aregbesola’s achievements are nothing but solid foundation for economic growth, advancement of social security and infrastructure development.
The commissioner stated that the people of the state would witness real development and transformation of the state if they vote for Oyetola, adding that the electorate would be offering a great service to the state by returning APC to government.
Baderinwa maintained that the legacy of purposeful, focus and responsive governance of the Aregbesola’s administration must be sustained, saying that the only way of ensuring that is to vote APC in the forthcoming election.
He charged the electorate not allow themselves to be manipulated by the opposition parties, stating that none of them has good plan for the state than to reverse the and stall the trend of development.
The journalist turned politician who’s from Ikirun, Ifelodun local government urged all eligible voters to collect their Permanent Voter Card and ensure that they cast their vote for the right person, Oyetola.
