Wenger To Miss Arsenal’s Game Against Stoke Due To Illness
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could miss Sunday’s Premier League home clash against Stoke City due to Ill health.
This was confirmed on Arsenal’s Official handle on twitter.
According to the club, Wenger was absent from the Thursday’s pre-match press conference as he was reported ill.
Wenger’s assistant Steve Bould stepped in to carryout the press conference.
“The boss is ill this morning, so it’s Steve Bould covering for him,” the club wrote on their Twitter handle.
Arsenal are currently sixth on 48 points in the Premier League table.
The 68-year old has been in charge at Arsenal since 1996 and is currently the Premier League’s longest serving manager.
