Wizkid, Obahiagbon In War Of Words Amidst Ongoing Feud With Davido

The ongoing rivalry between Nigerian music icons Wizkid and Davido has taken an unexpected turn, as popular Edo politician Hon. Patrick Obahiagbon waded into the drama, sparking a war of words with the music star.

It all began when Wizkid, also known as Ayodeji Balogun, took to his X account (formerly Twitter) to lash out at Davido, making bold claims about his superiority in music, wealth, and style.

The post quickly went viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans and fellow celebrities.

In a surprising twist, Hon. Obahiagbon, known for his flamboyant use of the English language, offered Wizkid some unsolicited advice.

He posted, “@wizkidayo You need to jettison acrimonious and fractious proclivities and focus on climaxing at the upper echelons of global music milieu. Why not embrace the principle of per cola et commata, comma positura?”

Rather than deescalating the situation, Wizkid responded with a curt and blunt reply, “Abeg gerrout,” dismissing the politician’s remarks.

Not one to back down, Hon. Obahiagbon responded with an even more elaborate tirade, stating, “During his apoplectic vituperation yesterday, Wizkid insulted Igodomigodo. What a cockalorum he is! A flibbertigibbet. An ultracrepidarian whippersnapper. What an obstreperous doodlebug. A Lilliputian delinquent. A cantankerous incunabula.”
