Woman Slumps, Dies While Sharing Testimony In Church

A 55-year-old woman, identified as Ifeoma, has tragically died after collapsing while sharing her testimony at the Ministry Church in the Ejigbo area of Lagos State during a Sunday service on September 8, 2024.

Witnesses said the deceased was singing songs of gratitude before suddenly collapsing in front of the congregation.

Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital and later referred to the General Hospital in Isolo, she was pronounced dead a few minutes after arrival.

The spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident.

He revealed that detectives visited the hospital where the death was confirmed.

He added that Ifeoma’s family had taken her remains to Anambra State, where she will be laid to rest.
