There are certain ingredients that women need to sustain their relationship with men and they are encapsulated below:

Attention: Every woman wants the attention of her partner, and the absence of it might give her another impression. Give her a lot of it, she wants it from you and only you. If you don’t, she will lose interest and believe that another guy will readily hand it over to her.

Reassurance: In every relationship, just take note that your woman wants assurance of sustainable relationship from you. Always remind her that you love her and you’ll always be there for her. Also, let her know you are hers alone and nobody else’s.

Respect: No human will appreciate disrespect, not to even talk of a female partner. As your partner, you must treat her like a lady. Don’t talk to her as if she is a puppet. Women want you to treat them specially, more than you treat others; they show more interest in the relationship if you do.

Security: Women generally appreciate a man they can rely on. She should feel safe with you; that is one of the most important thing every women want. Don’t let her walk alone when you can accompany her. Make sure that she is fine. Let her know she can rely on you. Be conscious of her movement yet do not infringe on her privacy.

Listen: Also show interest in every discussion she brings up and make it interesting to her more than she thinks it is, even if you are not in the mood. Let her share her thoughts. If she can’t talk to you, who then is she supposed to talk to?

Treat her Right: We all know the importance of money in relationships, but you don’t have to be the richest, as little things like trying to cook for her, giving her flowers and sending sweet texts might be well appreciated. Don’t ever hit her, because no woman will want to stay where she is being maltreated.

Communication: Communicate with her all the time at each other’s convenience – no matter how busy, try to make time for her. Communication gap will automatically breed misunderstanding. Don’t leave her in the dark about your plans.

Sexual Satisfaction: Don’t be that bust a nut and roll over guy. Maximise on foreplay and make sure she gets satisfied too. Findings have shown that more women enjoy it more.

Affection: Give her kisses all the times, hugs from the back. Cuddle, tell her how much you love her, remind her she’s beautiful etc.
