To celebrate Women’s Day, India’s national carrier Air India will operate a number of all-women crew.
This year’s Women’s Day Celebration will be on the 8th of March.
The all female crew plan was revealed in a statement by the airline on Wednesday saying Air India will operate a range of wide and narrow body aircraft in domestic and international sectors with female pilots to salute woman power.
The all-women crew flights will be to several international destinations like San Francisco, New York, Newark, Chicago and Washington, according to Air India.
The national carrier also has plans to conduct a series of cultural events to commemorate the International Women’s Day.
