Yemi Osinbajo made the commitment in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, at the launch of a gospel album.
He added that the economic development plan of the government is targeted at promoting young entrepreneurs not only with funding but by providing other enablers that can engender greater development.
The Vice President noted that there is a great deal of opportunities in the technology, entertainment, music and showbiz industries waiting to be tapped and government is poised to assist young Nigerians in living their dream.
He further disclosed that the Federal Government is setting up hubs for technological and entrepreneurial advancement in all the six geo-political zones of the country to provide the pedestal to flourish and serve as coordinating centre for young entrepreneurs who need start up support in various fields.
Professor Osinbajo said, while efforts are underway to set up the hubs in other parts of Nigeria, those of Abuja and Lagos have been set up. He therefore called on young people to actively participate in the initiative.
