You Can’t Defend Tinubu’s Govt Without Looking Stupid — Isaac Fayose Reacts to Bwala’s Interview
Popular Nigerian businessman and internet personality, Isaac Fayose, has described defending President Bola Tinubu’s administration as a nearly impossible task.
Fayose made the remark while reacting to an interview granted by Special Adviser to President Tinubu on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala,on Al Jazeera’s “Head to Head” programme with Mehdi Hasan.
During the interview, Bwala downplayed concerns over Nigeria’s worsening security, insisting that insecurity exists everywhere and denying knowledge of certain attacks.
He also acknowledged back-to-back attacks following what he called “Christian genocide narratives.”
Reacting in a video on his official Facebook page, Fayose said, “You can’t defend this government without looking stupid. Nigeria is the fifth deadliest country to live in the world, and it has some of the most wicked politicians. How did we get here?”
