The Governor of the State of Osun, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola, has described his predecessor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as a performer whom the state is proud of.
The Governor spoke through his Commissioner for Political Affairs and Inter-Governmental Relations, Hon Taiwo Akeju at the 64th birthday of Aregbesola organised by the Awolowo Centre for Philosphy and Ideology held at Ijebu Ijesa.
Oyetola said Aregbesola is a quintessential leader who served the state diligently during his eight-year tenure as Governor.
“You performed very well in the State of Osun and you are performing well as the Minister of Interior. We are very proud of you.”
