By Oluwayemisi AweA 20-year-old suspect, Abdullahi Nuhu was arraigned before a Magistrate Court in Osogbo for allegedly assaulting one Mr. Lawal Muhammed.
The accused person, was docked on September 5, 2018 on two count charges to which he pleaded not guilty.
The Prosecutor, Fagboyinbo Abiodun informed the court that the accused person committed the offence on September 4, 2018 at about 8:20pm around Ayetoro Area, Osogbo.
He added that the accused person assaulted one Lawal Muhammed by beating him up and maliciously damaging his cloth valued N3, 000.
The Magistrate O.A. Ayilara granted him bail with the sum of N50, 000, one surety who must reside within the jurisdiction and an affidavit of means.
