2024/2025 Carabao Cup Third Round Draw (Full List)
Premier League giants have joined the 2024/25 Carabao Cup third round.
Arsenal, Manchester United, and Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City join the competition after skipping the earlier rounds alongside 29 others.
Liverpool FC won last season’s Caraba Cup.
The draw, split over two weeks, promises thrilling matchups, including Arsenal hosting Bolton, Manchester United facing Barnsley, and Liverpool taking on West Ham.
The draw was confirmed late Wednesday night and conducted by Les Ferdinand and Michael Dawson with Mark Chapman the presenter, reports Sky.
“A new rule change means that the third round draw will have some differences to usual, it means that the third round will be split over two separate weeks with six of the seven teams competing in Europe not being eligible to face each other,” says English Football League.
Therefore, Arsenal and Tottenham will be in the group drawn first. Chelsea are slightly different due to the Conference League not starting until October.
