VIDEO: Seniors Chain SS2 Student At Beautiful Beginning School, Abuja
A disturbing video has surfaced online, showing the appalling abuse of a young student at Beautiful Beginning Academy in Abuja.
The footage, shared on X by ChuksEricE, shows an unnamed SS2 student held down by a chain around his neck, surrounded by four SS3 students.

Among them is the student filming the entire incident, laughing as the victim struggles.
As the boy attempts to speak out, his bullies silence him with harsh words, including “baba lie down” and “you dey craze,” with the rest of the taunting remarks spoken in Hausa.
Osun Defender recalls a similar case earlier in the year involving a female student of British International School, Gwarimpa, Abuja, Ms. Namtira Bwala.

In May, a viral video showed Namtira being bullied by another student, Mariam Hassan, in a disturbing act that sparked nationwide outrage with netizens calling for justice and accountability for the victim
The incident led to a lawsuit, with Namtira dragging the school before a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court for allegedly failing to protect her from bullies and covering up the case.
The bully, Mariam Hassan later issued a public apology.
