Ex-Osun NURTW Boss, Asiri-Eniba Gets New Appointment

A former leader of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Osun State, Alhaji Kazeem Oyewale popularly called Asiri-Eniba has been appointed as the Caretaker Chairman of the NURTW FCT-Abuja Council.

His appointment was announced by the National Headquarters of the NURTW.

According to information made available to the general public, his appointment was made by the union’s President, Alhaji Musiliu Oluomo, in Abuja on Monday.

Oluomo charged Oyewale to prioritise the welfare of his members and always defend their unity.

He noted that the NURTW is a respected union, devoid of hooliganism, and therefore, its reputation must be protected.

In his acceptance speech, Oyewale, popularly known as Asiri Eniba, thanked the leadership of the NURTW for the trust they have reposed in him.

He promised not to let them down, as he will bring to bear the experience he used in piloting the affairs of the union in Osun State.
