2027: Tinubu Should Go Home, Thank God He Was President If Things Don’t Improve – Adebayo
The 2023 presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Adewole Adebayo, had said President Bola Tinubu will be voted out if conditions remain the same in 2027.
Adebayo while appearing on Politics Today, a programme on Channels Television on Wednesday, argued that the president should simply go home and thank God that he ruled Nigeria for four years.
“Before 2023, Tinubu was saying that if things don’t turn around positively, he should be voted out after four years. Now, I ask, are things in the right way now?
“If things remain the way they are in 2027, Tinubu will be voted out. What we know is that APC and PDP are the same. They are the same company now. They work together. Nigeria wants alternative politics. We are looking for a new direction. That’s why people are saying new direction,” he said.
