Court Grants Jude Okoye N50m Bail, Bars Him From Traveling

A Lagos Special Offences Court has granted bail to Jude Okoye, former manager of the defunct music group P-Square, in an ongoing trial over an alleged theft of $1,019,763.87 and £34,537.59.
Justice Rahman Oshodi granted Okoye bail in the sum of N50 million with two sureties in like sum.
The sureties must reside within the court’s jurisdiction and provide proof of three years’ tax payments.
The court also ordered Okoye to surrender his Nigerian and St. Kitts and Nevis passports.
