Drama At Erin Ijesha Waterfall As Lady Gets Possessed, Falls Into Trance (Video)
Tourists and visitors at the famous Erin Ijesha Waterfall in Osun State were left in shock after a young lady allegedly got possessed and fell into a trance at the sacred site.
A viral video circulating on social media which was seen by OSUN DEFENDER, captures the dramatic moment when the lady, believed to be a โwater childโ, suddenly started exhibiting strange behaviours.
OSUN DEFENDER learnt that the lady had been enjoying the refreshing waters with friends when she suddenly became unresponsive, her gaze fixed in a trance-like state. Moments later, she reportedly began speaking in an unfamiliar tone, muttering words that some onlookers interpreted as spiritual chants.
The incident, which happened at one of the upper levels of the waterfall, quickly drew a crowd of concerned tourists, many of whom speculated that the powerful spiritual energy of the waterfall had triggered the possession.
Efforts to calm the lady down reportedly took several minutes, with some of her friends helping to calm her down.
