One person has been killed in Boripe Local Government area of Osun State over the fracas that erupted when some hoodlums working for the Peoples Democratic Party and the All Progressives Congress attempted to take over the council.

The victim whose name was given as Ege, according to an eye witnesses, was shot dead by one of the hoodlums.
